Doing nothing is not an option

We are Korstiaan and Sabine from the Netherlands, two Dutch enthusiasts with a dream to do something for the children in Darfur, western Sudan. We are going to cycle 15,000 KM, from The Hague, the Netherlands, to Cape Town, South Africa. The purpose of this trip is to raise money to (re)build schools in these areas in order to help these children achieve their dreams and aspirations for the future. This is a private initiative that originated in a context of the decreasing interest in development cooperation in present-day politics in the Netherlands.

We really need your help!

The children who have suffered through war and disaster in Darfur need to go back to school. Not only for academic benefit, but also to escape the grief, forget about the past, and play and learn with other children. Help us to enable these children to do so by supporting our project. We can't do it without you!

Our target is to raise € 50,000,- to build three schools.
